Pastor​—Father Theodore Khin:  Since Father Theodore's arrival at the Diocese of Wichita, from Myanmar, Burma, he has served several parishes.   Among them were: a previous assignment here at St. Francis - St. Ambrose; St. Rose of Lima, Council Grove, St. Anthony, Strong City; and Sacred Heart, Fredonia, St. Ignatius, Neodesha.  Father Theo returned to our Parish family in August of 2021.

Father Theodore resides in the St. Francis Rectory, St. Paul, Kansas.

Maintenance—Dennis "Denny" Duling:  Dennis is a full-time employee and is responsible for maintenance, upkeep and improvements of the church building, church gardens, rectory, PSR building and St. Francis Parish Hall.   Dennis can be reached through the Parish Office contacts listed above.  Charles "Charlie" Brown, and other parishioners provide on-call assistance when needed.
